Leather: butter 62 g, salt 1g, sugar 32g, egg yolk 10g, low-gluten flour 125g
Stuffing: milk 150g, suger 60g, egg yolk 3, whipping cream 150g.
Step：
1)Put low-gluten flour, butter, egg yolk, sugar and salt in container whisk well
2)Knead the leather into a dough and Refrigerate for 20 minutes
3)Remove the dough and roll it repeatedly, Cut it into small rounds and place it in the tart tray
4)Mix the stuffing well, pour in the filling
5)Preheat the oven to 180℃, then put the tarts in and bake for 25 minutes
